Spaghettini Monograno “Il Cappelli” from Pastificio Felicetti is a traditional long pasta, bronze-drawn and produced with carefully selected organic ingredients, namely the finest grains, air, and water from Trentino.
In particular, this pasta is made with the Cappelli wheat variety, named after Senator and agronomist Raffaele Cappelli, which is stubborn and generous. Its flavor recalls the sweet taste of bread crumbs and has a slightly salty finish.
